    • The catalog is generated automatically. The catalog performence is optimised by many validation tests. The first calibration (1997-1998 events) was done with the great help of Barbara Thompson (NASA), who created the first EIT wave catalog. The actual performence level is: - 94% (when run on the level zero -LZ- data, calibrated EIT/SOHO data) and 77-89% depending on EIT CCD state (when run on -QKL- Quick Look data, unclaibrated EIT/SOHO data). These numbers are obtained with the technique elaborated by Judith de Patoul based on the long series statsictics "good/wrong events".
