ESWW5 Any request for hotel reservation must be accompanied by a contact phone number, a credit card number and expiry date in order to secure the room. The card will not be charged but only serves as a reservation guarantee. Delegates will have to pay their hotel room and personal expenses at the hotel. Rates include breakfast and services taxes.Early bookings are recommended. Hotel availability and special rates are guaranteed only until October 15, 2008 for Hotels La Legende, Saint-Nicolas, Aris, Alma Grand Place & Astrid Centre and until October 20,2008 for Bedford. After this dates, rooms are available upon request & availability. Cancellations will be accepted only by fax or e-mail the latest 48 hours before arrival. |

A cantine is located at the Royal Library itself. Hot/cold mails and sandwich lunches are served. There are several places in the neighborhood of the Ravenstein Galery (in front of central railway station) for sandwiches and fast lunches. In the environment of the Grote Markt/Grand Place which is at walking distance, are several places as restaurants, sandwich bars. |
